We agree the price and plan

We agree the monthly price, how often we visit, what is included, and the best evening for the clean.
Workplace cleaning runs on weekday evenings, after your team has gone home.
We sort the practical details

Keys, alarms, access, parking, and the main contact are agreed before the first visit.
We do not start until the quote, access, and payment details are confirmed.
The regular cleaning starts

We clean on the agreed evenings and keep the standard steady from visit to visit.
If something changes in the workplace, we agree any change with you first.
We invoice monthly

The first month is paid up front. After that we invoice monthly, payable within 30 days, so it stays simple for your records with no small payments to chase.
If you need a different setup, we can agree that before we start.
